We are able to arrange In-Room Dining for our guests, be it a night in
for 1, a romantic dinner for 2 or a dinner party for a group of six.
Suggested Dinner Menus
Entrée
Smoked salmon and avocado salad with rocket and horseradish cream
Steamed Asparagus with a poached egg dressing and reggiano
Chargrilled quail with spiced lentils and pomegranate and honey dressing
Smoked chicken, apple and walnut salad with crème fraiche dressing
Mains
Roasted chicken breast with crispy potato cake, pancetta and mushroom cream
Fillet mignon with hollandaise, crispy potatoes and green beans
Snapper fillet (when available) poached in a fragrant coconut broth with rice noodle, mind and coriander salad
Lasagnette with caramelised pumpkin, saffron, ginger and chilli (vegetarian)
Sweets
Individual pavlovas with seasonal fruit and vanilla cream
Profiteroles stuffed with orange ice-cream with bitter chocolate sauce
Vanilla bean ice-cream and raspberry sorbet terrine
Passoinfruit syrup cake with citrus salad and coconut sorbet
The cost of the meal is $60 for three course meal and $50 for two course meal.

Our new chef is Ali Seedsman who lives in Stirling. Ali was brought up in Adelaide and has been a chef for almost 20 years. Half that time was spent in Sydney at restaurants including The Bathers Pavilion and MG Garage. Ali returned to Adelaide to escape the rat race and head the kitchens of Magill Estate, and the Universal Wine Bar. She now runs her own successful catering business based in the Adelaide Hills. She will prepare your meal from the menu which will be delivered to your room by your hosts. If you have booked all the pavilions for the weekend and wish to have a dinner party for six she will organise a menu to suit which can be served by you in your own time in the Gums Pavilion.
